Ken Coutts
Ken Coutts became a member of The Whitney Group team in 2000 and brings extensive experience in Human Resources, Organisational Development and People Management and Recruitment, principally in the Banking and Financial Services fields.
He holds degree qualifications in Commerce and Business, as well as post-graduate qualifications in Accounting, with professional memberships as a Fellow of Certified Practising Accountants and a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Banking and Finance.
Ken has a variety of experiences at general management level in human resources, commercial and retail banking, and broad finance in Australia and the United Kingdom. He has had extensive experience with corporate acquisitions, re-organisations and restructures, including executive resource audits, succession management, executive coaching and selection.
Ken builds open consultative, value adding relationships with his clients to deliver outstanding candidates.
He has strong consulting and change management expertise and a wide network and a collegiate approach to search assignments.
Ken has successfully delivered search outcomes across broad Banking and Financial Services, Funds Management, Superannuation, Insurance, Communications, Property, Health and Not for Profit organisations.
