Vincent Schutze
Vincent Schutze has been active in senior Executive Search since joining The Whitney Group in 1989, following a corporate management and global financial services career, spanning twenty-five years working in Australia, U.S.A., Canada, Indonesia and Singapore. During that period, he was privileged to have worked for the ANZ Banking Group, Toronto Dominion Bank, Chase Manhattan Bank Group and the Hongkong (HSBC) Banking Group, in most facets of corporate and structured finance, capital markets and treasury operations.
An alumnus of Stanford University Business School, Vince has had, and continues to hold, notable Government and Corporate Board appointments, both nationally and internationally.
Widely based, Vince’s Executive Search practice has included executive and non-executive director appointments, senior executive placements and many specialist, professional appointments. His client portfolio includes Australian and internationally based corporations and professional services groups.
When asked “what are the most important qualities a search professional should possess”, he would state, “an ability to listen; an ability to advise; sound judgement and commitment to quality; perseverance and a sense of urgency”.
